Initial Consult: 90 minutes \u2013 $300, which includes a comprehensive recommendations report.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDuring your first visit, we discuss your health concerns and goals. I will ask you about your current health, past history, and about your eating pattern and daily routine. You will also fill out a questionnaire about your personality traits and overall physical and physiological characteristics. I will conduct a general physical exam and assessment of the pulse, tongue, and eyes. With this information, I can make a determination of your specific ayurvedic constitution, and explain to you the root cause of your ailment.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Follow Up Visits \u2013 $125 for 45 minutes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAfter an initial consultation, I schedule a follow up visit in one to four weeks. I will re-evaluate your pulse, tongue, and eyes. We will discuss how you are feeling, and which parts of the plan have been easy or challenging for you to implement. I will explain a few additional Ayurvedic concepts, and make adjustments to your initial plan. Depending on your progress, I may recommend another follow up visit. Otherwise, I recommend coming in for maintenance visits every few months, as the changing season affects the dosha balance.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Depending on what your goals are and what imbalances are present, the follow up visits would span from teaching basic meditation, relaxation techniques, breathwork, sound therapy, body work, ayurvedic massage, nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, yoga postures, color therapy, gem therapy to herbal therapy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
