Through meditation we are able to access the silent spaces between thoughts. Through these silent spaces we enter into the field of unbounded awareness. Regular practice of Primordial Sound Meditation helps establish inner quietness in your life, providing access to creativity and enabling you to make life-affirming choices. In Primordial Sound Meditation, we use sound in the form of mantras to take us on our inward journey. The mantras used in Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) have no specific meaning and are used only for their sound or vibrational quality. Thousands of years ago, enlightened sages and seers cognized that the environment has its own specific sound, which change over time. Using ancient Vedic mathematics, we can calculate the vibration of the world at the time and place of your birth. When this sound is incorporated into your mantra, it has the effect of drawing your attention inwards, allowing you to reconnect with the field of pure awareness.
